Here’s an overview of the anime, via the official website:

One touch of this guy and you’re sure to reach ecstasy!

A man going about his dismal life —a woman on his commuter train getting repulsed by him, getting suckered by a former classmate in a shady business scheme— transforms into a man with a new physical ability from a certain accident.

That is… when someone touches him, they feel incredibly good?! This is a strange story of a man who makes you feel pleasure every time you touch him!

TOUCH AND ECSTASY… IT’S SHOWTIME!
